Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the QueBids platform, creating an account, or clicking "I Agree," you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you are using QueBids on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms, and references to "you" shall refer to both you individually and the entity.
Platform Description
QueBids is a B2B procurement intelligence platform that aggregates, organises, and presents public tender and contract opportunity data from multiple global sources including government procurement portals, international development organisations, and public procurement databases.
Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Aggregated tender listings from global procurement sources (SAM.gov, TED, World Bank, UN, AfDB, etc.)
- Advanced search, filtering, and matching tools for procurement opportunities
- Tender alert notifications via email and in-platform messaging
- Saved searches, watchlists, and opportunity tracking tools
- Analytics and market intelligence dashboards
- API access for enterprise and developer subscribers
Eligibility
To use the QueBids platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law
- Not be prohibited from using the services under the laws of your country or jurisdiction
- Not be located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country
- Not be on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
QueBids reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, consistent with applicable law.
User Accounts
To access most features of QueBids, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. Each account is for a single user; sharing account credentials with multiple individuals is prohibited.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password)
- You must immediately notify QueBids at [email protected] of any unauthorised access to or use of your account
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorised by you
- QueBids will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security
- You must not use another user's account without their explicit permission
Enterprise subscribers may create organisation accounts with multiple user seats. The account administrator ("Admin") is responsible for managing user access, ensuring compliance with these Terms, and all activities conducted under the organisation account.
Subscriptions & Billing
QueBids offers the following subscription tiers. Pricing is displayed on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time with advance notice.
QueBids offers multiple subscription tiers including Free, Starter, Professional, Team, and Enterprise plans. Current pricing and plan details are available on our pricing page.
- Billing Cycle: Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected at checkout.
- Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We accept major credit/debit cards and, for enterprise accounts, bank transfers via invoice.
- Currency: All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. International customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, currency conversion fees, or bank charges.
- Tax: Prices shown are exclusive of applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax). Where required by law, applicable taxes will be added at checkout.
- Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will retry up to three times over seven days. If payment remains unsuccessful, your account may be downgraded to the Free plan and access to paid features suspended.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the period ends.
- No Partial Refunds: We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused features, or periods where you did not actively use the platform.
- Annual Plans: Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a pro-rated refund within 14 days of purchase if the platform does not meet advertised functionality. Contact [email protected] within 14 days.
- Subscriptions: Paid subscriptions begin immediately upon purchase. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings.
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following at least 30 days' advance notice via email. Your continued use of the platform after the price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new price.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use QueBids only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. Permitted uses include:
- Searching for and tracking legitimate procurement opportunities relevant to your business
- Setting up tender alerts and notifications for your industry or region
- Using saved searches and watchlists to monitor opportunities over time
- Accessing tender documents and links to official issuing authority websites
- Using API access (Enterprise plan) to integrate QueBids data into your own authorised internal systems
- Sharing individual tender listings with colleagues within your organisation
- Exporting data for your own internal business analysis within plan limits
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action:
- Unauthorised Scraping: Using bots, scrapers, crawlers, or any automated means to extract, copy, or mirror QueBids data without explicit written consent from Quecorex LLC
- Data Reselling: Reselling, redistributing, sublicensing, or commercialising QueBids data or content to third parties without authorisation
- Account Sharing: Sharing login credentials with individuals outside your authorised account or team seats
- System Interference: Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or overload the platform, servers, or networks connected to QueBids
- Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the QueBids platform or API
- Fraudulent Activity: Creating false accounts, impersonating others, or providing false registration information
- Competitive Intelligence Abuse: Using the platform specifically to build a competing procurement aggregation service
- Unlawful Use: Using the platform for any purpose that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
- Harassment: Harassing, threatening, or abusing QueBids staff or other users through any platform communication channel
- Security Attacks: Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the platform or circumvent any security measures
Intellectual Property
The QueBids platform, including its software, design, user interface, logos, trademarks, aggregation algorithms, scoring models, and all proprietary content, are the exclusive property of Quecorex LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the platform or its content.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Quecorex LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the QueBids platform for your internal business purposes only. This licence does not include the right to sublicense, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the platform.
Tender listings displayed on QueBids are sourced from publicly available government and intergovernmental procurement portals. While the underlying tender data is public, our curation, aggregation, formatting, categorisation, enrichment, and presentation of that data constitute original work protected by copyright and database rights owned by Quecorex LLC.
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or other content to QueBids, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and incorporate such content into our services without any obligation to compensate you.
Data & Privacy
Your use of QueBids is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers & Warranties
Without limiting the foregoing, QueBids does not warrant or represent that:
- Tender listings are complete, accurate, current, or free from errors - always verify with the official issuing authority
- The platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times
- Any defects or errors in the platform will be corrected within any specific timeframe
- The platform is free from viruses, malware, or other harmful components
- The results obtained from using the platform will meet your specific business needs or expectations
- Third-party data sources will remain available or maintain consistent data quality
QueBids is a discovery and intelligence tool only. It does not provide legal, financial, or procurement consulting advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating any tender opportunity and making your own independent business decisions.
Limitation of Liability
In all cases, Quecorex LLC's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the greater of:
- The total amount paid by you to QueBids in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or
- One hundred US dollars (USD $100) if you are a free plan user
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Quecorex LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Your violation of these Terms of Service
- Your use or misuse of the QueBids platform or its data
- Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
- Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the platform
- Your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity
Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account via your account settings, or by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon termination, your right to access the platform will cease immediately.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms
- Engaging in prohibited activities as described in Section 7
- Non-payment of subscription fees
- Conduct that we believe is harmful to other users, third parties, or the platform
- Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities
- Extended inactivity (for free accounts, 12+ months of non-use)
Upon termination, all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, and 15) will continue to apply.
Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact QueBids at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve your concern within 30 days. Many disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and QueBids agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration. Arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm, including to protect intellectual property rights.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
For any disputes not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, USA. If you are a consumer located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may also have rights under local consumer protection laws that cannot be contractually waived.

Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
- Send an email notification to all registered account holders at least 14 days before changes take effect
- Display a prominent banner or modal on the platform notifying you of the changes
- For significant changes affecting your rights or obligations, we may require you to re-accept the updated Terms
Minor changes (such as clarifications, typographical corrections, or non-material updates) may be made without notice. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
